Cyber Safety has become an increasingly relevant topic within society. The internet has enabled children to learn, share and create like never before! CNA and external partners will be hosting a one and a half hour virtual cyber safety challenge for K-2, 3-6 and 7-9 school students.

About the Event

Year 3&4: Cyber Challenge Digi-cursion Themes

  • Why isn't it always safe online?
  • What is my personal and secure information?
  • Where am I online? Personal/Private/Public spaces

Cost: Free

Duration: 25 minute LIVE online session

A follow-up activity can be completed in a time that suits the teacher. Year 3&4 students will have the opportunity to complete an activity called, Public vs Private Information Cube.

Educators will be provided with a Cyber Challenge Digi-cursion pack including set for success instructions and an in-class activity to keep the conversation flowing. This will be distributed via email to teachers a week prior to the event.

All Cyber Safety Project digi-cursions align to Australian and State curriculums Digital Technology, ICT and General Capabilities.
