About the Event
By registering for this event, you will receive access to the teaching resource My Place in a Digital World, for the Week from Monday 19 October - Friday 23 October 2026.
Year 8 students will explore how their personal data is exposed online and how to stay in control.
Recognise how personal data is shared - often without realising
Understand how third parties use data and ways to protect privacy
Identify the risks of location sharing and digital tracking
Learn about sextortion, Image-Based Abuse (IBA), and digital laws
